Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll arrive at your personalized dashboard, which provides easy access to all platform features.

  • Account Summary: View your account status and recent activity.

  • Notifications: Stay informed about transactions, messages, and updates.

  • Quick Actions:

    • For Buyers:

      • Offers: Browse available gold offers.

      • My Purchases: Manage your ongoing and past orders.

    • For Sellers:

      • Create Seller Account: Set up your seller profile.

      • My Listings: Manage your gold listings.

  • Support and Resources:

    • Help Center: Access FAQs and guides.

    • Contact Support: Get assistance from our support team.

Using the Main Features

For Buyers

  1. Browse Offers

    • Navigate to the "Offers" section from the main menu.

    • Use filters to search by amount, purity, location, or price.

    • Click on an offer to view detailed information, including assay reports and seller credentials.

  2. Reserve an Item

    • Select "Reserve Item" on the offer you're interested in.

    • Review the reservation details and terms.

    • Confirm your reservation to secure the gold.

  3. Communicate with Sellers and Third Parties

    • Use our secure messaging system to communicate with the seller and any third-party service providers (e.g., logistics companies, laboratories).

    • Keep all communications within the platform for security and record-keeping.

  4. Complete the Transaction

    • Follow the guided steps to finalize payment and arrange for the receipt of the gold.

    • Depending on the payment method (crypto, cash, or bank transfer), additional steps or verification may be required.

For Sellers

  1. Create a Seller Account

    • From your dashboard, click on "Become a Seller".

    • Provide any necessary information to set up your seller profile.

    • Agree to the seller terms and conditions.

  2. Create a Listing

    • Navigate to "My Listings" and select "Create New Listing".

    • Enter details about your gold:

      • Amount: Specify the weight (e.g., in kilograms).

      • Purity: Indicate the gold purity (e.g., 22k, 23k).

      • Form: Describe the form (bars, nuggets, dust).

      • Assay Report: Upload recent laboratory reports verifying the gold's purity.

      • Price: Set your desired price or indicate if it's negotiable.

      • Location: Specify where the gold is stored.

      • Procedure: Outline the transaction process you prefer.

  3. Publish Your Listing

    • Review all details for accuracy.

    • Click "Publish" to make your offer available to buyers.

  4. Manage Reservations

    • When a buyer reserves your item, you will receive a notification.

    • Communicate with the buyer to confirm details and arrange the transaction.

  5. Communicate with Buyers and Third Parties

    • Use the platform's messaging system to coordinate with buyers and any third-party services needed for the transaction.

  6. Complete the Sale

    • Follow the agreed-upon procedure to finalize the sale.

    • Ensure all necessary documentation is provided to the buyer.
