Account Creation Steps

1. Visit the GoldEx Website

   • Navigate to our homepage at goldex.fi.

2. Click on "Sign Up"

   • Locate the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage and click on it.

3. Choose Your Registration Method

   • Email: Register using your email address.

   • Google: Sign up with your Google account.

   • Facebook: Sign up with your Facebook account.

4. Enter Your Personal Information

   • First Name: Input your first name.

   • Last Name: Input your last name.

   • Email Address: (If registering via email) Provide a valid email address.

   • Create a Password: (If registering via email) Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.

5. Agree to Terms and Conditions

   • On your first visit to the site, you will be prompted to read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

   • Check the box to confirm your agreement before proceeding.

6. Submit Your Registration

   • Click the "Create Account" button to complete the registration process.

7. Email Confirmation (For Email Sign-Up)

   • Check your email for a confirmation message from GoldEx.

   • Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Verification Process

While basic account creation requires minimal information, certain features on GoldEx require additional verification:

1. Understanding Verification Requirements

   • KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is required for users who:

     • Wish to engage in orders using bank transfer as a payment method.

     • Want to purchase gUSD stablecoin.

   • KYC Verification is not required for transactions using cryptocurrency or cash payments.

2. Initiating KYC Verification

   • Navigate to "Profile" in your dashboard.

   • Select "Complete KYC" to begin the KYC process.

3. Provide Necessary Documentation

   • Proof of Identity:

     • Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).

   • Selfie Verification:

     • Take a live selfie to verify your identity.

4. Submit Documents

   • Ensure all images are clear and legible.

   • Click "Submit for Verification".

5. Verification Review

   • Our team will review your submission.

   • The verification process typically takes a few minutes to 24 hours.

6. Verification Confirmation

   • You will receive a notification once your account is verified.

   • If additional information is required, we will contact you via email.

7. Access Enhanced Features

   • Upon successful verification, you can:

     • Use bank transfers for transactions.

     • Purchase gUSD stablecoin.

     • Enjoy higher transaction limits.
